Unfortunately, unexpected things happen all too often. If the planned and already paid holiday cannot be taken, then our cancellation package can help right now.
Even if you are already at your holiday destination and have to interrupt the trip for the reasons mentioned above, you will be reimbursed for the days not yet consumed. In this case, please have a corresponding confirmation issued on site.
Quick and unbureaucratic. Should one of the above cases occur, please inform us immediately. In order to ensure a quick processing, we need an appropriate confirmation (medical certificate, confirmation of the employer, etc.). If you do not wish to take advantage of this offer, the cancellation rates according to our GTC apply. The offer is not bookable for group bookings and at partner campsites. The travel cancellation package is only valid for fellow travellers listed at the time of booking the holiday.
