Your tasks:
  • Booking processing for the rental of caravans, vans and motorhomes
  • Support and advice for our customers in the form of incoming and outgoing calls as well as by e-mail
  • Cash desk
  • Handing over and training customers on rental vehicles (caravans, vans, motorhomes)
  • Master data maintenance and general administrative tasks
What you contribute:
  • Explicitly very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Your strengths: ability to work in a team, flexibility, communication
