Employee in the booking and service team (callcenter)


Your tasks:
  • Booking processing for the rental of mobile homes and caravans on campsites
  • Support and advise our guests in a professional manner within the scope of incoming or outgoing calls as well as via e-mail and webchat
  • Advise and serve our guests in part also personally on site at the head office
  • Data maintenance and administrative tasks
What you contribute:
  • Explicitly very good knowledge of German and Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Optionally good knowledge of English and / or Croatian, spoken and written
  • Experience in tourism (reception, tour operator/office)
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Experience in customer service, ability to work in a team & flexibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

For this position, depending on the specific qualifications, a salary according to the collective agreement for employees in the fabric, craft and service sector from € 1,584.07 gross at 40 hours per week is offered.
