Team leader for the call centre & service centre area

Your tasks:
  • Leadership and promotion as team leader of the booking and service area with up to 20 employees.
  • Control and implementation of measures to achieve the goals of the division
  • Ongoing optimisation of quality, processes and departmental key figures
  • Interface function with other areas within the Gebetsroither Group of Companies
  • Ensuring motivating framework conditions and a uniform management culture
What you contribute:
  • Relevant training and/or professional experience in the tourism industry
  • Leadership experience, ideally in the call centre and/or service industry
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills as well as very good communication,
  • Contact and conflict management skills
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills as well as willingness to tackle issues
  • High level of teamwork and interface skills
  • Organisational skills, responsible and independent way of acting, determination as well as a confident and dynamic appearance and IT skills (MS Office)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
