Arena Grand Kažela Camping
Arena Grand Kažela in Medulin, with an area of 110 hectares, is one of the largest campsites in Croatia. This extensive resort is located in a picturesque corner, in the south of the Istrian peninsula, about 10 km from Pula. It is one of the larger and more modern campsites in Croatia, located directly on the Adriatic Sea. It beckons with the beauty of unspoilt nature and the crystal clear sea, whose dark blue colour perfectly contrasts with the bright colours of the beach. The Arena Grand Kažela campsite offers numerous facilities, attractions and services for even the most demanding holidaymakers. Here you will find long pebble and grass beaches, including a separate area for naturists, two swimming pools, including one overlooking the sea, restaurants and bars, walking paths and a sports area, animation and water activities centre. It is an ideal place for a family holiday or a quiet holiday amidst the Mediterranean nature.
In the surroundings, visit Medulin with its promenade, harbour, sandy Bijeca beach and rich gastronomic offer. Nature lovers should visit the Nature Reserve on Cape Kamenjak, where wild beaches and rugged cliffs reign supreme, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which lies on a small archipelago just off the coast of Istria. Here, tropical nature combines with a rich history. In Pula, a wealth of historical, cultural and sporting attractions await you. Visit the local Amphitheatre, which is one of the best preserved of its kind in the world. Concerts, festivals and film screenings are held there in the summer. The Arch of Sergius, known as the Golden Gate, a Roman triumphal arch from the 1st century BC. Also noteworthy is the Kastel Fortress, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city. We recommend visiting the Aquarium, located in an old military fort, or taking a sunset cruise from Marina Veruda. Underwater adventurers may be interested in the possibility of diving among sunken wrecks. Also noteworthy is the Cave Romane, an ancient Roman quarry that is now sometimes the site of music festivals.
