Camping Mare e Pineta, located right next to the wide, sandy beach of Lido di Spina, is a great location for families, couples, active souls and those who like to have everything at hand - the sea, the shade of a pine forest and an espresso in a bikini. Regardless of whether you are looking for a relaxing or active holiday, you will not be bored here. You can sunbathe on the beach, start your morning actively with yoga or aqua aerobics, work out in the fitness centre or play tennis. The campsite also has a swimming pool complex with a children's pool, a slide and jacuzzi, a restaurant - pizzeria, a beach bar and a market. And for children there are animations, evening shows, a mini disco and karaoke.

Near the campsite it is worth visiting the seaside resorts of Lido degli Estensi, Porto Garibaldi and the Valli di Comacchio lagoons - the kingdom of flamingos. Visit the charming Venice-like Comacchio with its characteristic Trepponti Bridge, spanning 5 canals and home to the Eel Museum, and Ravenna with its Basilica of San Vitale and beautiful Byzantine mosaics. There is also a go-kart track and the Mirabilandia amusement park nearby. The Po Delta National Park is ideal for cycling, bird watching and canal cruises. Go further away and visit Renaissance Ferrara with its Castello Estense fortress and UNESCO-listed historic centre and monumental Bologna, which Italians call "La Dotta, la Grassa, la Rossa" (The Learned, the Fat, the Red).
